And so, there is a laptop MSI GE70 2PE Apache Pro on Windows 10 that began to fall out into a blue screen when the OS was started.
In fact - nothing complicated, insert a USB flash drive and start system recovery.
But there is a problem, neither a flash drive nor a hard drive prepared by different programs and do not want to start manually. Just a black screen and nothing happens.
NTFS / FAT32 tried
Programs: Rufus, Standard Windows
Now I'm trying to create a flash drive with my hands again by simply copying the contents of the image to the root in FAT32. Here they wrote what can help.

Picked for a long time, in the end I was able to read the blue screen error. There is no boot disk.

What about the optical drive? In the BIOS / EFI settings, does the boot primarily occur from hdduefi?
Legacy compatible OS (OtherOS) mode present? In efi settings? If you still get to boot erd, multiboot, or portal OS, do not forget to dump the blue mask dump to the drive
