MS Visual Studio 2015 crashes with an error when stopping the WEB API project in debug mode, how to fix it?

Installed the interprize version from the rureker.
Wrote a tiny MVC project with two controllers, each with a Get function.
At startup, a tab opens in chrome, in which I write requests and see the response data.
When you stop the execution of the project in the Studio, the latter gives a fatal error, closes and starts again.
How to treat?

Recently there was a similar trick with the studio 2013. It only crashed when loading one solution, with which it worked fine before. Cured "repair" in the installation / removal of programs. Would it help?
