Ms SQL server load is jumping. where to look?

I looked in the profiler (they load the usual selects). (but the point is if you reboot the machine then (30-40k of the same pass the norms). just after a while the load jumps.)

I believed the Profiler and Pushka. there was the norm.
Solved by adding RAM...

I did this many years ago. OpenVPN on a server in Europe (and another on a server in the US) on port 443/tcp.
