MS SQL Server 2014 maintenance plan fails, what is the reason?

In the log, all maintenance plans drop out with the error: "Failed to load package 'Maintenance Plans\PRELOAD' due to error 0xC0014062. Description: The LoadFromSQLServer method encountered OLE DB error code 0x80004005 (Communication error). Error running SQL statement"
Maintenance plan also I can't change, when I try to change I get an error: "Error 1 Error loading 'MyplanBZ - sa' : LoadFromSQLServer method encountered OLE DB error code 0x80004005 (Communication error). Error running SQL statement."
