MS SQL - is it possible to auto-update the list of tables?

Tell me how you can add automatic updating of the list of database tables in MS SQL SMS 2008 after executing queries to delete, create, rename tables?
You have to manually press “refresh” each time to make the list up to date (which is extremely tiring with frequent use).

SSMS doesn't provide this functionality out of the box, but I suspect it can be done with the extension system ( http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms174219#sectionToggle2 ). Unfortunately, I am not aware of the existence of such an extension.

Excuse me, but why is your architecture built in such a way that you need to add / delete tables?
Unless it's a secret, of course.
