Maybe I don’t quite understand ... but what prevents you from using a nested IF?
Where is your price in cell A1.
It seems that nothing more is needed.

In the second case x is greater than 10000 and less than 14000, in the third case x is less than 5000 how to write a formula in 1 cell using only if and data check commands?
