Mozilla and page scale

Why in older versions of Firefox from 8th to 25th made-up site is initially displayed in a reduced scale and it is necessary to press ctr-0 in order for the page to be displayed correctly? Is this a layout error? If so, which one?

Have you tried logging in from other computers? Probably, this scale is saved on your computer.
Another scale can be set in the site styles, here is an example: stackoverflow.com/a/13469101

Is it possible to link to the problem page?

Well, I can reassure you - in my mozilla it opens on a normal scale. Reassure - if you are a developer.
I do the following, opened - everything is ok. Reduced the scale - the page has decreased. This is how I close the tab. Again I follow the link - ok, the scale is reduced - this is normal, as they wrote above. I press control + 0 - everything is OK, the scale is normal. The next time you open it, the scale is normal.
The problem may be the following. Maybe your site is open in multiple tabs? You reset in one scale, and then close it and the browser saves for the page the scale that was in the other tab.
