Moving from 1C - Bitrix to modx revo?

Good day, the task arose to move from Bitrix to modx revo, I found an interesting article from Vasily, but unfortunately the files for download are not available, maybe someone has them left or does anyone know an alternative solution?

It is advisable to dissuade the client from such a move.
And so Bitrix has a built-in mechanism for exporting infoblocks to CSV or XML.
