I decided to move from Chrome to Firefox, everything is fine, only now there is no sound in HTML5 video and audio, although everything works in chrome.

What version of Firefox?
Firefox only in the latest version (can't remember the number) started (or is about to start) supports MP3 format.
Prior to this, MP3 in Firefox did not work in HTML5. Only in Flash.
