there are 2 mice, and both have one problem, when scrolling pages, increasing or decreasing the volume of any player does not work the mouse wheel (encoder) correctly.
for example, I scroll the page up, but it turns out a little up then a little down, again up then down.
although I spin the wheel in one direction, I tried it on three computers (everywhere VIN 7, 32-64 bits) the behavior is always and everywhere the same, I took it apart, looked at it, cleaned it, the spokes on the wheels were clean, not clogged.
how it is possible to cure it?
mice: A4Tech and 3Cott.
another A4Tech mouse of similar model works fine.
advice, like, throw it away and buy another, they are not accepted, there are already 5 mice at home.

Had the same problem.
Dismantled. Cleaned up the dust and everything was OK

Exactly the same problem was with a very cheap mouse. Stupidly soldered encoder from another mouse.
