Mouse not working in Android Studio, what should I do?
There was an incomprehensible problem with Android Studio. There is no reaction to the mouse, that is, you cannot click on any element with the mouse. Buttons do not respond to mouse clicks in the first window in Android Studio design after installing it. When you click on the window, it receives focus and you can work with window elements using the keyboard, but there is no reaction to hover and mouse clicks. This is the only application that has this problem. I used to work a bit with Android Studio on this computer, but at some point the mouse stopped working. It is not possible to determine possible new software that could have affected, since Android Studio was rarely launched.
What I tried to do: check for viruses, change the mouse and keyboard, disconnect all other USB devices, completely remove and reinstall different versions of Android Studio. Finally, to conduct the most clean experiment, I removed all hard drives from the computer, installed a new clean one and installed a different version of Windows on it. Right after that - Android Studio. The mouse does not work. How so? Iron problem? What do you advise to do?
The basis of the computer is AMD Athlon X4 860K on A88XM-A, if that can affect.
UPDATE: As I suspected, the problem is not specifically with Android Studio, but with the IntelliJ engine - I installed PyCharm, it has the same problem.
