Mounting cifs after start?

Essence: there is a server that is configured to mount cifs samba balls On another server (at boot). The problem is that during a power outage, the server with the ball loads more slowly than with cifs. Outcome - the resource is not available. How to proceed in this case?

1. Set a timeout, selected empirically (for loading the server that mounts)
2. Add a checker to the list of autostart services that will check the mounting and call the mounter if the ball is not mounted.

What's the problem I don't understand? The server with the ball will boot up and become available.
