Motherboard RAM support?

I'm going to buy a mother from a gigabyte b450-ds3h. The bottom line is that on the manufacturer's website, memory support without overclocking reaches 3200mhz. Can I insert a RAM with a frequency of 3200+ already declared in the store?xrDehxdmm1o.jpg

This page has a list of tested memory modules for this m / b (including overclocking indicators): https://www.gigabyte.ru/products/page/mb/b450m_ds3...
If you are afraid of making a mistake, choose something from there. Pay attention to the rightmost column - there native is no more than 2933 everywhere. anything further is overclocking.
In general, any DDR4 will do. In the worst case, it will work at lower frequencies.
