Morphological work with strings PHP vs Python?

Good afternoon. I ask you to suggest in general details the vector in which it is worth moving.
The essence of the problem. There will be a web application that works very actively with words (their morphology, forms) and then composes a group of words according to certain algorithms.
The bottom line is, PHP is most likely very weak for this, and I read a lot on the Internet about Python, which is actively used for such tasks.
The questions are:
1. If you choose a language for working with morphology, which one would you recommend?
2. The backend won't care about PHP (requirement) and therefore can Python exchange information with PHP and wouldn't that be too vulnerable a chain?
3. Your option (maybe some other language)
Thanks for the advice

It is difficult to find something slower than native python.
But first of all, it is necessary to proceed from the statement of the problem. All choices and optimizations come from it. But you don’t have it, and there’s nothing to talk about yet.
