Good afternoon, I'm studying css and html on my own, I took up the layout of the layout ...
The fact is that the layout that I took is 1920 wide, and in the event that I do everything as a blueprint from the layout * indents, etc. * it looks on a laptop with a resolution of 1366 is not at all the case! There is also a vertical scroll. But here in developer mode at a resolution of 1920 * 1080 resolution, everything looks as it should! Then what to do about it? Make media queries both under laptop resolution and for devices?

Most free psd layouts come in high resolution, how the site should look on the rest depends only on your imagination. How it will be implemented, media queries, flex, your choice.
