Mongoose does not accept files larger than 17 mb, how can I change this?

I need to add functionality for uploading photos and videos to the site, when sending photos and small videos everything works, but when sending large videos, an error occurs:

ERROR  Server error: The value of "offset" is out of range. It must be >= 0 && <= 17825792. Received 17825795

From what I googled, I realized that a large file is not accepted.
How can I remove or change this restriction?
