I'm writing a facade for MongoDB that makes the driver change from PDO facade to mongo facade transparent.
Ps: if there are familiar implementation analogies, I will be glad to see.

Doctrine ORM -> Doctrine ODM is a very easy transition. But I don't know how your project is built. And how difficult will it be to transfer all this to OOP
