Mongo. How to fix command voteCommitIndexBuild requires authentication error?

MongoDB

I installed docker Rocket.chat and mongo in synology. Everything works well.
But the container generates messages every second.
This stresses the disk system.
Please advice to fix this error. As a last resort, how can I disable writing these messages to disk?
