MODx single/multiple section editor?

Please share a working algorithm for creating a site editor that can only edit some sections.
The entire Internet refers to this instruction , but for me, if everything is done as written, the editor does not even enter the admin panel (I fixed it).
And after entering, either all pages are readonly, or everything can be edited. Some changes to the resource group's permissions have no effect at all.
