Modx Revo quip comment component outputs 0 instead of comment text?

Installed the quip plugin. Installation is as simple as 3 kopecks, so there is nothing special to write about how to install. The problem is that when you enter the comment text on any layout, you press send and 0 is displayed instead of the comment text. Although if you write numbers in the comment, they will be displayed.

What is wrong with Tickets for comments? Quip is long overdue for retirement.
