Modx how to transfer a site if there is no access to the hosting where it is located?

Good day, just a question, they asked me to transfer the site to MODx, there is only access to the admin panel. Is it possible to somehow backup all files using some snippets? I found databackup and backup Modx on the Internet, but I don’t understand how to use them.

Install , click on the button, it will make an archive with a database and an archive of files in the folder (specified in the setting).
