Door A is made in three colors.
Each color solution is available in two glazing options.
It turns out that there are 6 different images for each door.
It is necessary to implement the following logic - in the admin panel, mark available colors with checkboxes, and for each checked checkbox, display two image upload forms - for two glazing options.
Then, in the client side, for each checked checkbox, display a color sample, by clicking on which two corresponding pictures will be loaded.

I don't know how you have implemented the store itself. But there is a great thing - MIGX. It can form complex TV values. They are stored as JSON. You can implement quite complex things with both subordination and sets.
