ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'turbojpeg'?

I'm trying to start preparing the dataset, but all the time the same error with turbojpeg, it is not found, although it is installed. How can this be fixed?

You don't have the "turbojpeg" module installed, and you also made a mistake when entering the conda install command, type "conda install"
