Does a module exist in nature (I could not find it) so that there is a certain summary table with the goods from the orders that were bought and which must be ordered from suppliers?

Take the MySklad system. This is a function of logistics systems. You can cut this on the site, but it's very expensive. It is better to use ready-made systems that can do this.
