I don't really like the concept of spa, but react, vue and others are pushing for just such an architecture. Are there any frameworks that are developing in the other direction? What to study?

React, Vue and other frameworks do not push anything, they are just tools for convenient coding. I don't know which side you're talking about, but you can learn jQuery and D3 and stick to the slogan "say no to modular development!.

I don't really like the spa concept,

then look for vacancies with native JS. But on the same react or vue, it is not necessary to create entire spas. They can also be used for specific tasks (some filters on the site, etc. complex logic on the frontend)
