Modeling program and populating a simulated database?

Designed a database model. I would like to test it in practice:
-Fill with data
-Display the results of a selection from the data. Could you please tell me a program that would allow you to fill in the data and display the results? Preferably a visual designer, without the use of programming languages, etc.
Designed in MySQL Workbench, also tried enterpruse architect, but in my opinion there is no such function

As an option, I see to simulate in:
1. MSAcess. + simplicity - you do not use the simulation result for other databases, i.e. there is no unloading in xml, sql, etc.
2. in DB 1C enterprise, + simplicity - there are some limitations, - you can’t use the simulation result for other
databases ..
