Mobx state tree and MobX Different things?

Can you please tell me what is the difference between them? And where can I find at least some information in Russian in order to know all the delights of the above? Well, any infa regarding this is welcome)))

MST is Mobx+State tree. That is, an add-on for mobx.
Mobx provides tools for creating reactive data, but does not provide any structure for the application, the most flexible library, build your application however you want.
mst - built on the basis of mobx, gives more features, and at the same time imposes certain conditions on you - how you should organize and work with data in your application.
