Mobile testing. ios apps?

Hello. Can you please tell me how the application for IOS is tested? The bottom line is, I am a customer for the development of IOS and Android applications. I want to "see" and test the functionality, any changes in functionality, design, etc. that we have identified for some sprint. When developing for Android, I was dropped apk. Now they are writing for IOS and they say that it is necessary to upload it to the test fly. I know that you can test locally and I say that you don’t need to upload it anywhere, but just make a video on how and what works, BUT they tell me that this is not possible.
Question: Can I ask them for a build and test it myself on some resources? can they shoot video and give it to me?
Thanks

Starting with iOS 11, the system supports screen recording, you can write a test script and they can manually run it while writing it down and sending it to you. It won't work in real time.
It is possible through a testflight and this is a good enough option, but there are alternatives. For example https://hockeyapp.net/
You need to be added to the list of testers and you will receive new builds automatically. You will find everything in the instructions. It can also increase the weight of the application.

They can upload to their phone and shoot on video. You can even upload it to your iPhone, but the application will work for you for about five days.
Although, of course, there may be nuances depending on what the application should do.
