Mobile router with VPN - options \ settings?
Available: a laptop that receives a network via wifi can be geographically anywhere; no software can be installed on the laptop.
It is necessary: to make the laptop feel like it is in Moscow.
Assumption: a mobile router that, on the one hand, connects to the existing network via wifi, inside it has a vpn client, and it already distributes wifi to the laptop.
Example: the user is in Paris, the router connects to his home AP via wifi, he distributes the network via wifi to the laptop, the laptop thinks that it works from Moscow.
Questions immediately arise:
1. Are there such routers?
2. If so, how do they select a wifi network for connection?
3. There is an office in MSC, the connection of which can be used to access the Internet, but it is not clear how to set it up - some kind of software for the server? Or just configure something on the router?
- I am aware that there are routers that plug into usb, but I would like to avoid this (uncomfortable). And in any case, the question (2) remains.
- Sorry for the wording, the networks are full of teapots.

As for "connects via wifi" - I don't know, but "distributes via wifi" and autoVPN to the server anywhere (if there is a white IP anywhere) - this is a microtic :) The user who has hooked up to wifi Mikrotik is located where Mikrotik is connected - at least in Moscow, at least in Kuala Lumpur. I set up the director in this way - he had just such a requirement - "I arrived, turned on the Mikrotik in the local network, after loading the Mikrotik on its connectors, our network"
You can use the Huawei E5770 portable LTE router with my firmware: https://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?s=&showtopic=81884...
This router also has the ability to use Wi-Fi as a client.
