Mobile menu. Can you suggest a solution?

I looked all over the Internet, I did not find a suitable solution, unfortunately, so I have to ask for help. The point is - you need to make a menu for phones, but there are 2 main criteria:

1. Pull down - the div with the menu goes up (hidden), pull it up - the div with the menu leaves.

2. Because the menu is located between the content, then position: fixed is not suitable, it is necessary that when you pull down the div with the menu from the beginning of the page, it would stand in its place and, when returning from the bottom up, it would fall into place and no longer be shown above.

Do you have any ready-made solutions in mind, otherwise I'm practically an oak tree in jQuery? :)
