Miracles with MySQL how to avoid?

The net core application ran as a systemd service. The simplest logic keeps track of the folder, if a file appears, it parses it and makes several inserts into the database. At some point, it started to swear at the connection string there was server = localhost after changing to a white ip, everything started up. With what it can be connected? Possible updates?
