Minimum delay for arduino relay?

They asked me to make a stroboscope for a party now, I have 50 watt 220 V LED matrices and there is a 5 V standard relay for arduino, now while I’m going home, I’m trying to find with what frequency I can open and close this relay, I imagine the whole device as a code blink

It is undesirable to switch fur. relay with a frequency greater than 2 Hz.
Better forget about the party and master the DMX protocol.
