Minecrat BE server, where can I find information?

I want to make a Minecraft Bedrock server core, I do it for the sake of experience and interest.
Where can I get documentation on this topic, not exactly "How to create a kernel for Minecraft", but rather the creation of a TCP server or whatever Minecraft uses there.
I think + - you understand what I want to do, throw off all the documentation that you must read.

There is a good project with a Minecraft server in c # - minet
If you are interested in networking - Project bedrock (this is not about Minecraft. This is the same base on which kestrel is built)
