Mikrotik, ussd request via AT commands?

for some reason on AT commands with a balance request via USSD writes ERROR tried this: I connect to the modem
/system serial-terminal usb2 channel=3
tried both on channel 3 (info) and on 0 (data)
ATI and other basic commands work fine, but there is a problem with USSD, I wrote like this: AT+CUSD=1,"*111#",15
tried in different states of the modem and in disabled and enabled, all the time ERROR

1. Try - /system serial-terminal usb2 channel= 2
2. MTS does not have a USSD command - *111#, this is from Kyivstar.
3. Try without quotes - AT+CUSD=1,*111#,15
