Mikrotik speed limit?
Hello! I am an amateur in this matter. And I have a question. Another router (neighbors) is connected to our Wi-Fi router via a network cord. The Internet was divided into 2 channels - for them and for us. When they pump something, our speed generally drops. What to do? Can I somehow limit their speed through Mikrotik? And the second question: is it possible to somehow check how many devices are connected to their router (to their network)?

And regarding the number of devices - if they are behind NAT (and most likely so), then nothing (you can indirectly , sniffing traffic, but this option is not for you, apparently).
Limit speed - l0ser140 gave a good link. About how to find out how many are connected there - for me it's easier to make statics for "own" devices, and see how many "foreign" ones. For example, through Leases to a DHCP server. Or in online mode, who loads the channel: Tools - Torch
