mikrotik setup. Port forwarding on LAN?

Good day, colleagues!
There is such a (most likely noob) question:
There is a local network 192.168.0.0/24. There is a remote network 192.168.88.0/24. Networks are connected by VPN. The network 192.168.88.0/24 has a server 192.168.88.100.
Is it possible to create a "virtual" interface on the network 192.168.0.0/24 (eg 192.168.0.10) and forward all packets (RDP) that come from the network (192.168.0.0/24) to the address 192.168.88.100. In this case, it should be possible to replace the address 192.168.88.100 what is called "on the fly"?
The idea is this: users connect via RDP to 192.168.0.10 and are redirected to 192.168.88.100. At some point, the server address changes (192.168.88.100) for example to 192.168.88.30. User sessions are reset (Connection lost) and the next time they try to connect, they are already redirected to the address 192.168.88.30

I don't really understand why this is necessary. You have a VPN server. It can connect networks remotely. And you can use rdp to access internal addresses, and not forward the port from an external ip
