Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD VPN (l2tp or pptp ) on a separate LAN port or Virtual AP wifi?

Welcome all.
We have Mikrotik RB951G-2HnD with external IP.
It has 2 VPN connections.
L2TP - Netherlands
PPTP - Germany
Traffic routing is not configured, everything works by default via WAN.
Regarding Mikrotik - I'm a felt boot, but I'm learning from the manuals :)
Update.
In germany pfsense.
In the Netherlands, kerio I
forgot that the IP is nailed to the user, so the task will most likely come to forwarding the VPN to a specific physical port.
Task 1.
Receive traffic, and ideally receive IP from a VPN server from Germany on LAN port number 5
Task 2.
Receive traffic, and ideally receive IP from a VPN server from the Netherlands on VirtualAP Wi-Fi.
There are doubts about VirtualAP, if this is not possible, then the same scheme is enough as with Germany on another LAN port.

Will you receive invoices for downloading torrents from Germany or the Netherlands?)

1. if the "vpn-server" can give ip config to other machines via dhcp, then on a tick you can raise dhcp relay.
2. I would twist vrf and masquerading with pulling out ports from the bridge / master slave.
