Mikrotik port forwarding. Start. Anyone willing to help a beginner?

I decided to start acquaintance with Mikrotik. there are certain tasks. But not about that yet. The first thing I decided to do was set up port forwarding.
So the scheme is as follows: LAN----Mikrotik----Server
Mikrotik has 2 ports currently occupied: let's call them LAN (192.168.1.100) and WAN (1.1.1.1). Behind the aisles there is a server S (1.1.1.2)
It is necessary that everyone who accesses the LAN from the LAN on port 22222 gets to the server on the same port.

@Sudo

In IP->Firewall->NAT create a new rule
Chain: dstnat
Dst. Address: 1.1.1.1
Protocol: TCP
Dst. Port: 22222
Action: dst-nat
To Addresses: 1.1.1.2
To Ports: 22222

To the answer Roman Misyurev Roman Misyurev . The stock of comments has dried up) I am responding
to the last comment.
1. I know. 2. On the other side of the router. 3. Connects.
Roman Misyurev , I'll try to default ... set everything up from scratch. There is a suspicion that there are problems with the equipment before the router. Rats eat wires. Pings go through time.
I'll post back when I do, but THANK YOU anyway!

I did not understand where people come from and where should they go? the server costs at office or somewhere out of office?
and most importantly, is the gateway registered in the settings of the server itself?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
