Mikrotik L2TP: branches can't see each other (without IPSec)?

Hello!
I’ll note right away that I encountered Mikrotik for the first time, please don’t “kick”.
Raised an L2TP server (I chose it, because branches with "dynamics" will be connected further) on CCR1009. Created accounts for two branches. Used the setting from this manual: mikrotik.vetriks.ru/wiki/VPN:L2TP_site-to-site_( %D...
In short, it turned out like this: There are
f6b1a5ba97704ae98f4c62c2e8e8d9cf.jpg
pings from the Main Office to Branch #1 and back and the connection is stable
From the Head Office to Branch #2 and back, pings go and the connection is stable
From Branch #1 to Branch #2 and back There are NO pings and connections NO.
I read on the Internet that you need to do OSPF on top .
A question for experts: what do I need to register and where exactly or how to raise OSPF? Do I need to remove something in the routes and routing when raising OSPF - which were specified during the configuration above?

@ApolloHoTs

if there are only 2 branches, then static routes are enough. if you want ospf - google and study

It is necessary to register routes.
For example, for 192.168.21.0/24 the gateway will be 172.16.30.3
and so on for each router for each network.
