Mikrotik - is it possible to assign two pools of LAN addresses?

Good afternoon. The situation is as follows: there is a local area in which there are many devices > 100, on IP addresses 192.168.1.X. Each device has a hardcoded static IP. I want to replace the main router with Mikrotik and transfer everything to a different range, 172.16.XX But I would really like that there would not be such a situation that I would install a new router, and all computers would fall off the network until I reconfigure. Is it possible to configure the router so that it routes both 192.168.1.x and 172.16.x.x addresses? And if so, is it not fraught with any problems?

Can. Without proper qualification, users may not have a network. It is done simply. You do two addresses on one interface. Hang up a dhcp server on it. Do not forget about dns (if it is on Mikrotik). Well, set up routes for each network with firewall rules.
