Mikrotik empty incoming traffic at the input from the provider?

on the ether1 port from the provider there is constantly empty RX traffic of 10 megabits, when I go to torch on ether1 they hang:

in DST: 0.0.0.0 RX rate 9-10 megabits

How to get rid of it??
I add
the situation is this through ether1 we go to the local provider, then through pppoe climbs into the Internet ..
but there is no incoming traffic on poppe, but on ether1 it creeps straight constantly and how to understand from where?
ipv6 is disabled in as a package basically... what is it anyway?

@vvchumanov

The problem was solved only with the help of the Admin Provider by blocking the 86dd protocol (ipv6) that was breaking through ipv4
All options for enabling ipv6 and blocking udp traffic, and it was transferred to the dst: 546 port with src: 547 . more precisely, attempts to block them in the ipv4 firewall are unsuccessful, and in the ipv6 firewall it is clear that the traffic is blocked, but it did not give any sense ... the traffic was constantly flowing, and only by forcibly blocking it on the provider's candle the problem was gone.
Teredo how to block it on mikrotik using ipv4, this will probably be the next question.
