After performing a reset without running the script, the line disappeared by default. When you enter the terminal (at least from Winbox, at least via ssh), the following is displayed. The command line does not appear. Repeated reset, rolling backups do not help. Hardware has not yet been produced. It does not respond to any actions in the terminal. At the same time Web and Winbox work.

First of all, flash through netinstall with a hard reset. Look for bads. If they crawl up - send for a guarantee. If not - figs with them.
