Migration to Germany for a designer?

There is an opportunity to move to Germany (according to the wife's relatives), so legally the question is not worth it. The question is rather how our IT brothers (or rather designers) live there.
About me - I do good website design, graphic design, 3D and animation, video. (about 10 years of work experience)
I see a couple of options for myself:
1) Live there, but freelance in Moscow (which I do now in Saratov) but minus the lack of communication
2) Live there and work in an office (I don’t really want to be a slave, but you also need to join society)
3) Work in an office + freelancing for Moscow (there will be little time, but apparently it will have to be at the beginning)
Hence a lot of questions:
- What are the taxes for a freelancer, officially registered, like our IP?
- To live only on income from the Russian Federation and hiding income, as I understand it, it’s hot and they won’t give loans?
- What are the payrolls on a permanent basis?
I don’t know the local language at all, I plan to learn (but I know English well)

@Deodatuss

as far as I know, everyone there speaks excellent English and German will certainly not be superfluous, but you can do without it
