The biggest problem will be with FX, i.e. with effects. The rest shouldn't be a problem. Mutools, in comparison with jquery, is more sensitive to errors, so it will not be difficult to trace through the usual error console and docks. The only thing, if you swear at an error in moootools.core, then you must definitely check the syntax (open closed brackets, curly braces) and the correct spelling of the inject structure.
