Migrating package to IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 2017.1 package?

When I try to create a package within a package in IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 2017.1, it simply appends the name of the second package with a dot to the first package. In the screenshot, I am trying to add the banker package to the ru.training.java.test package. But it just changes the name through a dot.
