Migrating lxc to proxmox, how to do it if you need to move from a disabled node?

I have a 2 node proxmox cluster. There are containers on each node. One of the nodes is out of order (off). The containers are on nfs storage. The cluster sees all containers, including those on the switched off node. I want to migrate a container from a shutdown node to a running one and start it. Is it possible? If so, in which direction to dig?

well, just copy the config and run the container
