Migrating a share from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008 R2

Hello!

I have a cluster with multiple resource groups and File Share resources on Windows Server 2003. I want to migrate the cluster to Windows Server 2008 R2. Data disks come to nodes via SAN.
I imagine the transfer as follows:
1. I exclude one node from the cluster
2. I install Windows Server 2008 R2 on it
3. I raise a new cluster
3. I put resources on the source cluster offline and unhook the disks from the old node
4. I hook the disks to the new node cluster
5. I migrate all groups and services to a new cluster with the built-in Windows migration tool
6. I edit DFS

Now the question is: will NTFS rights to directories remain on the new node? That is, the data will not be copied to the new disk, the data disk remains the old one.
For some reason I can't definitively google the answer to this question.

Thank you!
