Microsoft Store payouts?

From the developer's agreement:

If app revenue is less than $200 (or local currency equivalent) and Microsoft can only transfer payment by wire transfer, then Microsoft may, in its sole discretion, roll over payment of the amount due to subsequent months until the total amount owed reaches at least USD 200 (or equivalent in local currency). Microsoft may include revenue from other sources (such as Azure or office) when determining if payments meet the applicable threshold.

Attention, the question is:
$ 200 for one application or the amount of debts for several applications? If I have 20 apps that bring me $10 a month, will I get paid at the end of the month, or will I be fabulously rich in two years?
Thanks in advance.
