Microsoft Azure withdrew 1$ even though I'm on a free subscription, what should I do?

The issue is in the description. They took a buck, but never returned it. Google returns in the region of an hour, and then a day has already passed and the dollar is still missing. Services seem to be free, but here it is. Help to understand, please.
