MGTS blocks ports?

1. I am loading "World" into Unity via "VRChat SDK". The world loading window remains infinite. Provider - MGTS.
   
2. I carry out the same operation by connecting the computer via a mobile Wi-Fi distribution. Everything loads great, no problems. Provider - Tele2.
   

I tried to configure the ports on the equipment itself (router), no changes.
MGTS blocks ports and is it time to switch to a more prudent provider?
